It’s Not That Deep is an 8-week experiential group designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover what really matters — with the help of horses.
Each Sunday from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, you’ll spend time in an intimate group setting with opportunities for up-close and personal interaction with horses. Through guided exercises, reflection, connection, and experiential activities, the horses become partners in helping you notice what’s happening beneath the surface.
No riding is required. In fact, this experience happens primarily on the ground, where you’ll have the opportunity to connect with the horses in a genuine and meaningful way.
Over the eight weeks, you’ll explore:
Letting go of overthinking and unnecessary stress
Becoming more present and connected
Recognizing patterns that may be holding you back
Building confidence and self-trust
Practicing healthy boundaries
Learning to listen to your intuition
Connecting authentically with yourself and others
Discovering that sometimes… it really isn’t that deep.

Our 90-minute Private Equine Workshop offers an intimate, hands-on opportunity to slow down, be present, and discover the lessons horses have to share. Through guided, ground-based activities, you'll explore communication, trust, boundaries, confidence, emotional awareness, and connection.
Horses have an extraordinary way of bringing us into the present moment. They respond honestly and without judgment, offering opportunities to see ourselves and our relationships from a fresh perspective.
No horseback riding or previous horse experience is necessary. All activities take place on the ground.

Horses have an incredible way of reflecting what is happening around them, offering unique opportunities to learn about ourselves and how we connect with others.

Equine Gestalt Coaching (EGC) is an experiential approach to personal growth and self-discovery that incorporates the intuitive, honest nature of horses. Through guided conversation, reflection, and ground-based interactions with our horses, you'll have the opportunity to explore emotions, recognize patterns, uncover limiting beliefs, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
Horses offer a unique perspective. They respond to what is happening in the present moment, without judgment or expectations. Their feedback can help bring awareness to things we may not recognize in ourselves.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, working through emotional challenges, rebuilding confidence, exploring boundaries, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, this 90-minute session offers a supportive space to explore your next steps.

Growing up comes with big emotions, new challenges, changing relationships, and questions about who we are and who we want to become. Wisdom Through Horses is a unique five-day experience designed to help youth discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop tools they can carry with them long after the experience ends.
Through meaningful, hands-on, ground-based activities with horses, participants will explore communication, trust, boundaries, emotional awareness, self-confidence, resilience, and connection.
Horses have an extraordinary ability to respond honestly to the world around them. Without judgment or expectations, they offer young people opportunities to slow down, become more aware of themselves, and discover strengths they may not have recognized.
This experience is about more than spending time with horses. It's about finding your voice, learning to trust yourself, understanding your emotions, building healthy relationships, and discovering that you have more wisdom within you than you might realize.
